1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Delivery platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Sheetz. Prices displayed are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at the time of order submission. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets as supported on the platform.

4. Delivery & Cancellation

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Sheetz reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or safety concerns. Cancellations initiated by Sheetz will result in full refunds. Customer-initiated cancellations may be subject to fees if the order has entered preparation or dispatch.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the platform
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Reselling or redistributing Delivery services without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheetz, Inc. disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Delivery service. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
